Returns and Refund Policy

At Amavi Beauty Lounge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
  • Used or opened skincare or beauty products due to hygiene concerns.
2. Non-Returnable Services

We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to address your concerns and find a resolution.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@amavibeautylounge.com.au with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The product(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note:
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received a discount on your order, the amount refunded will reflect the discounted price.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@amavibeautylounge.com.au and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange an exchange if applicable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@amavibeautylounge.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if the claim is validated.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@amavibeautylounge.com.au
