We accept payment via Eftpos, Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Buy Now, Pay Later services. All services must be paid for in full upon completion unless otherwise specified. Payment for products purchased online or in-store is required at the time of sale.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us so we can address any concerns. For retail products, we only offer refunds or exchanges on unopened, unused products in their original condition, within 14 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service booked.
